Returns & Exchanges

At SOU・SOU netshop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our unique Japanese designs; however, if you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Service

  Email our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange to receive authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and including a copy of your original invoice.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package via a tracked shipping service to our designated returns center in Kyoto; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
